How to get rid of Depression.
We humans always need someone with us. The worst punishment is to keep a person in complete solitude. When a person has no one to share his feelings, he is like a body without a soul. Sometimes We under-estimate others that are sincere to us. But when you have no one to share your feelings with, you think that you are the saddest and unlucky person in this world. Actually, the fact is, we want to change and when the change occurs, then we realize the importance and need of that moment in your life. I passed through this feeling, last night. It's my habit to behave according to my mood with others. But when I was alone. I had no one to share my feelings with. I thought that I was alone and this situation pushed me into depression. But I had Allah Almighty, that brought me back. I had my pen, which led me from depression towards hope. I wrote some poems to settle down my mood. I saw the sky. I saw the moon shining and my closest friend, memories were with me. I began to remind my old moments of the past. To be honest, those moments settled down my mood. I smiled after reminding all my precious past memories. Actually, my point is that sometimes we all feel sad, lost, depressed due to some reasons. But believe me, You can get out yourself by your faith in Allah, by your memories. Everyone passes through this situation many times in his life, but believe me you can get rid of depression. If anyone has the same feeling anytime, I am available for you. You can talk to me. You can share your problems.
